Founder
With more than 20 years of experience supporting cities with financial reporting and audits, Bin has worked with municipalities from nearly every county across California. His background includes preparing Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports (ACFRs), State Controller’s reports, and conducting Single Audit preparation and support for federal and state grant programs. He also leads internal control reviews that help agencies stay compliant and audit-ready. In addition to his consulting and audit work, Bin served as a City Treasurer in the Conejo Valley, giving him direct insight into the day-to-day challenges local governments face. This combination of hands-on government service and professional audit expertise allows him to bridge technical requirements with practical solutions that work for city staff, management, and elected officials alike.

Allison brings extensive experience in both government and private sector accounting, with a career that bridges financial reporting, auditing, and advisory work. She has supported numerous cities and local agencies in preparing Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports (ACFRs), State Controller’s reports, and Single Audit documentation for federal and state grants. Her background includes time in public accounting, where she conducted audits of governmental entities, as well as experience in private industry, giving her a broad perspective on effective financial management practices. Allison is skilled at identifying practical internal control improvements, documenting policies, and guiding staff through the audit process. Her combination of technical knowledge and clear communication helps agencies deliver accurate, timely reports while strengthening confidence in their financial operations.

IT Director
Experienced IT auditor with a background at KPMG, bringing decades of expertise in cybersecurity, information systems, and technology risk management. Steven has led and supported reviews of IT general controls, application security, and data protection across both public and private organizations. His work includes assessing user access, system change management, backup and recovery processes, and overall IT governance structures. With a CISSP certification and a track record of helping organizations strengthen their control environments, Steven specializes in designing practical, sustainable IT frameworks that meet audit requirements while supporting day-to-day operations.
